By attending the Rhythm of the Heart Music Fest, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed or recorded by event staff, media personnel, or authorized vendors throughout the duration of the festival.

Photos and videos captured during the event may be used by the City of Loves Park for a variety of purposes, including promotional and marketing materials, social media content, official websites, publications, and archival documentation.

By entering the festival grounds, you grant the City of Loves Park the irrevocable right to use your likeness, image, voice, or appearance in any media format—without compensation, notification, or additional approval.

If you have any concerns regarding photography or videography, please speak with a festival staff member or visit the information tent upon arrival.
